What the inspection and report include
A $400–$500 inspection includes an on-site evaluation and a written report signed and sealed by a Pennsylvania-licensed Professional Engineer.
We examine accessible basement and foundation conditions for cracking, bulging, settlement, water infiltration and related structural concerns. The purpose is to determine what the visible evidence means before any repair approach is selected.
The findings then become a written report documenting observed deficiencies, identifying probable causes and providing an unbiased recommendation for repairs when they are actually needed.
