Basement Foundations

BEFORE you pay $1000's or TENS of $1000's of dollars to Basement Waterproofing/Repair Companies you REALLY need considering paying $400-$500 for a Structural Engineer to Inspect your basement and give you a written report stamped by a Professional Engineer (Pe) licensed in Pennsylvania, thus making the report a legal document recognized by building inspectors, banks, insurance companies, mortgage companies and even the courts. While legal the report is NOT public and yours to do as you deem proper.
The report will identify the deficiencies (cracks, bulging, settling, water infiltration, etc.); the source of the problems and an unbiased recommendation for repairs, if in fact any are even required.

We have performed more than 3,000 Basement Foundation Inspections since 2011. We have found the installation of Wall Anchors, Carbon Fiber Strips, Steel-Beams and Piers (Underpinning a foundation) to be required in less than 5% of foundation situations we have encountered.
